UV coating, lamination, hot stamping, silkscreen embossing: the final touch for your labels

The finish that is applied to the printed labels is the last (but not least) step in the production process.
There are many types of finishes that can be applied to your adhesive labels, and they are essential to preserve their quality or to perfect their aesthetics.
Below we illustrate all the finishing options that Exact Label can offer you.

UV Varnish

UV overprint varnishing is ideal for all those types of labels that require transparency, brilliance and resistance to rubbing, in three words: resistance over time.
UV varnishing can be glossy or opaque, is applied to the entire surface of your custom labels and can be overprinted with thermal transfer.

Lamination

Lamination consists of applying a thin film to protect your adhesive labels, whatever type they are, from wear and tear, scratches, oily substances, water, atmospheric agents and UV rays. Available in glossy, matte or soft touch.
Lamination is a convenient and quick type of finish to protect your labels.
Making them shiny and pleasant to the touch.

Hot foil

The hot foil finish involves the use of a shiny metallic foil that is printed using a preheater on some details of the label, making them more intense and brilliant to highlight them.
Available in different colors, such as gold and silver, hot foil ensures a valuable, bright and refined effect.

Screen printing relief

If you want your label to have an elegant and recognizable look, screen printing relief is the perfect printing technique for you.
You can choose to highlight some details of the label such as writing or logos. Through a screen printing frame, a layer of ink will be applied that will enhance these elements.
